Are any services coverd by INSURANCE?

Yes, our personalize transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy (PrTMS) may be covered by your insurance provider! For detailed information on insurance coverage for PrTMS please click here.

At this time, ketamine infusion therapy, psychotherapy, and medication management are out-of-network services. This means patients are responsible for payment at the time of treatment. However, you may be able to recover some costs by submitting claims to your insurance company for reimbursement. We offer competitive pricing for all our services to help reduce cost barriers, and our staff is always happy to guide you through the reimbursement process.

How do I book an Appointment?

Simply call our office at 513-321-1753 to make an appointment. Our office is typically open Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm. If we are on the other line just leave a message with your name and contact number and we will get right back with you.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
